Wayne Hillis is a trial lawyer at Parker, Hudson, Rainer & Dobbs LLP. Throughout his 30+ year career, Wayne has represented clients in high-stakes, complex business, securities, and employment litigation and arbitration.
Raised in Savannah, Georgia, Wayne received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from the University of Georgia in 1983 and earned his J.D. from the University of Georgia’s School of Law in 1986. He serves as Parker Hudson’s Managing Partner, chairs the Firm’s Executive Committee and Partner Compensation Committee and is a member of the Firm’s Diversity Committee. Wayne also serves as a board member of Cure CP and as a board member and Director of the Challenger League.
Wayne joined The Joseph Sams School Board of Directors in 2014 and has served as Vice-President since 2017. Wayne’s son, Will, is a student in the Upper School Program at The Joseph Sams School.
