Carly Gates

This is Carly’s second year serving as an IST in the elementary program. Prior to joining the JSS family, she worked as the lead teacher in a preschool classroom with two-year-olds for five years. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Birth Through Five from Georgia State University in 2013. Through her experiences in that program she found her love for working with children with special needs and decided to continue her education. She received her master’s degree from Georgia State University in Multiple and Severe Disabilities: Early Childhood Special Education in 2016.
